Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Times We ship from our fulfillment partners internationally. Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
• Express Shipping: 5–10 business days (where available)

Delivery times may vary based on your location and customs processing.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days after shipment for tracking to update.

Split Shipments Some orders may ship in multiple packages and arrive separately at no extra charge.

Canada Shipping We currently ship within Canada. International shipping coming soon.

Delays Occasional delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier volume. Contact us if your order is significantly delayed.
